Terms of Sale

- You pay once and can use Bedz on your own computers, for personal or work projects.
- Please don't resell, share or re-upload Bedz itself.
- Bedz runs on your PC. Your projects stay yours.
- Not happy? Ask for a refund within 30 days (see Refunds).
1. Who we are
Bedz is made and sold by VJK Productions ("VJK", "we", "us"). You can reach us at vincent.j.kessler@gmail.com. By buying or using Bedz you agree to these terms.
2. What you're buying
A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the version of Bedz you bought on computers you own or control. You may use it for personal and commercial projects. The founder price is a one-time payment for the Bedz core product: Frame, Frame C, Railz, Railz C, Lane and BedWire, and the Relic Command Center. Future paid add-ons (such as a Pro plan) are not included unless we say so when you buy.
Founder prices go up in steps as copies sell. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout; later price changes don't affect what you already paid.
3. What you need
Bedz currently runs on Windows 10 and 11. To pass work between Bedz and your AI you need your own free GitHub account and your own AI service (for example ChatGPT, Claude or Codex). Those services are provided by other companies under their own terms and prices. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
4. What you may not do
- Resell, rent, share or give away copies of Bedz or your licence.
- Remove notices from Bedz, or pass off Bedz as your own product.
- Use Bedz to break the law or anyone else's terms, including your AI provider's.
5. Your work stays yours
Everything you build or test with Bedz belongs to you (or whoever it belonged to before). We don't claim any rights in your projects, your code or what your AI produces for you.
6. Updates
We may release fixes and improvements. We try hard not to break things you rely on, but features may change over time.
7. No guarantees
Bedz is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or suit every purpose. Always keep your own backups of important work. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limit of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, VJK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability to you for anything related to Bedz is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
9. Ending the licence
If you seriously break these terms, we may end your licence and you must stop using Bedz. If you get a refund, your licence ends too.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Changes don't apply to purchases made before the change.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
